Jeff Dodge

Partner, Business Development

Jeff is a founding member of Periphas Capital and helps lead investing activity, as well as lead the firm’s business development activities including deal sourcing, executive network development and intermediary relationship management.

 

Jeff previously built and led the business development effort as part of the investment team at Berkshire Partners, a Boston based private investment firm with over $16 billion of private equity capital raised through nine investment funds. As Head of Business Development, Jeff led Berkshire’s efforts in investment sourcing, including the management of banking and deal intermediary relationships and the firm’s executive advisor network.

 

Prior to Berkshire, Jeff was a Managing Director in the Global Industrials and Financial Sponsors Groups at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York.

 

He currently serves on the Board of Mesa de Vida and as a trustee for several private trusts.
