Senior Associate

Steven Gitsin joined Periphas Capital in August 2025 as a Senior Associate, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing private equity investments, as well as supporting the management of portfolio companies.

 

Prior to Periphas, Steven was an Associate at Cobepa, where he focused on investments in Business and Consumer Services. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Diversified Industrials & Services Investment Banking group at Piper Sandler, advising on mergers and acquisitions.
